Via online course You will learn how to deliver fun yourself and how to take the maximum out of supercool training concept we have created. You will get to know Suppama Fitmats and how to use them, how to fix them on the water and organise the regular trainings most efficiently.
Anyone 18 years or older may attend a Suppama® Instructor Training. There are no prerequisites for taking the Suppama® HIIT or Suppama® YOGA Instructor Training. However, it helps if you have previous experience in teaching group exercise classes. Not to worry; many of our well-known and successful Suppama Instructors were former students who did not have any teaching experience. While it may take them longer to practice and get started, many of them have been equally as successful.
For this concept we have combined the body balancing on the floating fitness mat with intensive full body workout. The outcome of it is very effective and fun cross-training SUPPAMA® HIIT (45min). This class is suitable for everybody yet challenging for the biggest workout fans. It is an intense full body workout which improves muscular strength and endurance, develops coordination and balance. Great mix of aerobic and anaerobic exercises effectively burn calories and while visiting the classes persistently the toned body and strengthened core is guaranteed. Legs, buttocks, abs, back, arms, chest and shoulders are well covered by the concept. Making all these exercises on an inflatable fitness platform that you have to balance on the water improves the body balance big-time! In order to make it even more fun we have put the whole program into music.
