SUP yoga classes are for everyone, even if you are trying SUP for the first time. We start the class with a slight stretch, then move on to positions that primarily develop balance and strengthens the muscles. The lesson ends with a final relaxation, and if you wish, you can also practice more complex yoga poses. Be sure to give it a try, because challenging yourself is fun!
PS! Dress accordingly so that even if you fall in the water during your yoga practise, it does not cause a problem to continue for an hour!
SUP Yoga is guided by Ketlin Bergmann.
