If you don’t extend and stay later than you’ve scheduled, our system might reserve the locker for the next customer, who won’t be able to start their session on time. You will be required to pay the first-hour rate of 15 euros for a new rental session under these circumstances. Reservations for paddleboarding equipment can be made up to two weeks in advance via the Suppama app or website. Simply select the time and date that are most convenient for you to reserve your equipment. If the equipment is available, you can make an on-the-spot reservation or schedule your session in advance. This allows you to plan or decide on the spot when to go paddleboarding, depending on your preferences.

You can rent paddleboarding equipment for as little as one hour and as much as six hours. We suggest booking at least a two-hour session to ensure you have enough time to enjoy your experience without feeling rushed. This adds to the enjoyment and laid-back atmosphere of being on the water.

After your rental session is over, you can open the app to see the status of your rental. Should the status read “Completed,” your rental session has concluded satisfactorily. Should the status remain “Active,” you ought to reopen the locker and ensure that the equipment is properly positioned in the assigned locker for the scanner to detect it. Shut the locker again after you’re sure everything is in working order, and keep an eye out for any updates to the rental session status on the app. By doing this, you can confirm that your session has ended.

You can cancel your reservation through the app under the following conditions:

• Regular Rentals: We return 90% of the total cost if you cancel more than 30 minutes before the start time of your reservation. Refunds will not be given for cancellations made less than thirty minutes before the start time.
• Events: We will return 90% of the cost of cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance. There won’t be a refund if the cancellation happens less than 24 hours before the event.

• Back-up Equipment: You can make a payment after selecting the number of boards (up to five per user), the start time, and the duration of the rental period. You can add or change the information linked to your credit card under user settings. Once payment has been confirmed, a 4-digit PIN and a locker number will be emailed to your phone number. 
• Gather the Equipment: Enter the PIN on the screen of the rental station or use the app to access the locker using the code you received via SMS. You are welcome to store your belongings in the locker as well. After getting your gear, remember to shut the locker door, then have fun paddleboarding!

As a Suppama user, you can rent up to five boards at once. When renting more than one board, you must obtain signatures on the liability waivers and input all participant details during the booking process. Yes, you can store your belongings in the lockers at the station while you’re out on the water. Please remember to firmly close the locker door after your belongings are inside. It’s important to keep in mind that while Suppama provides handy lockers, personal items left within or outside of our stations are not insured.
